Planning your visit

What to bring

Please arrive about fifteen minutes before your appointment so we can check you in without rushing.

  • A valid ID card or passport
  • Your insurance or HMO details, if you have them
  • Any current medicines, or a list of them
  • Letters or results from previous care, if relevant

Family may visit wards between 11am and 1pm, and 4pm and 7pm.

Free parking for patients and visitors, right beside the main entrance.

Step-free access throughout, with assistance available at reception.

An on-site pharmacy so you can collect medicines before you leave.

Most results are ready within 24 hours and explained by your doctor.

Payment and insurance

Clear costs, no surprises

We work with the major HMOs and insurers, and we accept card and transfer for self-paying patients. Before any treatment, our team will talk you through the cost so you can decide with full information. If money is a worry, please tell us. We would rather help you plan than have you stay away.
